The Graduate trainee program with ENBD is designed for fresh graduates aiming to build a career in the banking sector. This program equips participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to manage the banks Priority Private and Business clients Digital Wealth and retail products.

Program Structure:

• Permanent role.
• Structured offsite training provided by EIF for 23 months depending on role.
• Off job training supported by team managers to get to grips with the role itself.

Who you are

• Recent College graduate with bachelors degree.
Exemplary English communication both written and oral.

• The program lasts for a year after which you will take on your full time role.
