Job Description

Company Overview: Sunshine Enterprise Consulting has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Marketing and Salesclerk with successful and progressive experience in being talented and knowledgeable in the Staffing Industry.

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will possess 12 years experience in the recruiting industry along with specific experience in the staffing and recruiting field. Proven and strong negotiation time management project management and Sales skills.

Scope of the Role

The Junior Marketing and Salesclerk will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales directors along with the Recruiting Team Lead via posting jobs creating and developing flyers digital and social media marketing LinkedIn outreach and cold calling. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong understanding of sales strategies and the ability to work independently.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Project & Task Management: Assist in managing and coordinating various projects across departments ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling filing document management and office organization.
  • Data Entry & Analysis: Accurately input and manage data across various systems with an emphasis on attention to detail and maintaining data integrity.
  • MS Office Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint) for creating reports presentations and managing data.
  • Office Management: Support daily office operations including supply management meeting coordination and general office upkeep.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate communication between departments ensuring smooth coordination of tasks and projects.
  • Recruitment Support: Work with recruiters to post jobs screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Social Media: Assist in developing and scheduling social media posts and support basic digital marketing tasks.
  • Customer Service: Handle basic customer inquiries support client communication and assist with maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with lead calls research companies and job openings required and follow up on potential clients/leads.
  • Operations Assistance: Support operational tasks such as coordinating onboarding PRO document collecting filling forms and data entry.


Requirements:

  • 12 years of experience in sales or business development in Staffing and Recruiting Business.
  • Proven track record of success in email campaigns LinkedIn outreach and cold calling.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meet targets.
  • Above average to excellent communication and written skills; minor accent is acceptable.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
