Job Description
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays.
- Manage project documentation and reports.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Candidate Profile
BE/BTech. Civil with 15 to 25 yrs of experience
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role for Highrise Building, Villa, Civil Infra, Multipurpose building
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus. Will be added advantage
