Job Description
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with a strong preference for experience in recruitment services or related industries.
- Familiarity with services selling, particularly within the recruitment sector.
- Strong network of contacts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for success.
