Job Description
- Identify and secure properties for sale and lease.
- Conduct market analyses to advise clients on property values.
- Provide end-to-end support to clients throughout sales processes.
- Manage transaction documentation with precision.
- Lead and contribute to sales and marketing initiatives.
- Continuously expand your professional network, aiming for local expertise.
- Stay updated with evolving market trends and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the UAE.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and strong negotiation skills.
- Commitment to stellar customer service.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
- A valid UAE drivers license.
