Roles & Responsibilities Oversee and manage all operational activities of the company. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor and analyze operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute strategic plans. Manage and allocate resources to meet operational goals and objectives.
