Roles & Responsibilities
Assess client's fitness levels and goals to develop tailored workout plans.
Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form and technique to prevent injuries.
Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals through positive reinforcement.
Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their workout plans as needed.
Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to provide cutting-edge training methods.
Maintain a clean and safe workout environment for clients.
Continuously evaluate and improve own knowledge and skills through professional development opportunities.
