Job Description

Duties & responsibilities  Assess patients comprehensively after receiving referral and identify need for nursing intervention  Develop plan of care for patients based on the assessment  Deliver nursing care intervention such as feeding, diaper changing, skin and oral care; promotes hygiene; administers medications; dress wounds, peg site and other contraptions; and assist in ADLs
