Resort Audio-Visual Operations Supervisor - UAE

Rixos Al Mairid an esteemed family beach resort is seeking a skilled AV Supervisor to oversee the AudioVisual department. In this role you will be responsible for the setup operation and maintenance of all AV equipment used for events and activities within the resort. You will manage a team of AV technicians ensuring that all audio video and lighting requirements are met to the highest standards. Your expertise will be vital in delivering seamless AV services contributing to the success of our events and guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Russian German Italian or French is a plus with a language allowance provided.
  
• Experience: Extensive experience in AV operations within a hotel or event setting is required with a background in supervision or team leadership.
  
• Skills: Technical expertise in AV systems strong problemsolving abilities and leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.
  
• Personal Attributes: Detailoriented reliable and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
