Position Summary: A loving family in Dubai is looking for a native Englishspeaking experienced and dedicated Governess to assist in the nurturing and education of their two delightful children a 9yearold boy (B9) and a 5yearold girl (G5). As a Governess you will play a pivotal role in the childrens lives guiding their academic and personal development with patience creativity and care. The family values education creativity and a positive loving environment and are looking for someone who shares these values to become an integral part of the household.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver personalized educational support for both children adapting lessons to their unique learning styles and interests.
  
• Assist with homework and school projects fostering a love for learning and ensuring they grasp and enjoy their studies.
  
• Plan and conduct engaging and imaginative educational activities that stimulate intellectual curiosity and creativity.
  
• Coordinate and oversee extracurricular activities encouraging participation in sports arts and music lessons.
  
• Teach and reinforce good study habits time management and organizational skills.
  
• Communicate regularly with us and their teachers providing updates on progress and areas for improvement.
  
• Instill values of good manners discipline and respect guiding their social and emotional growth.
  
• Organize fun and educational outings to broaden their horizons and experiences.
  
• Ensure their safety and wellbeing always creating a secure and loving environment.
  
• Travel with us when needed offering educational support and care during our journeys.
  
• Collaborate with our other household staff to maintain a harmonious and well organized home.
  

Requirements

• Minimum two years of proven experience as a childcare nanny or in related childcare roles.
  
• Healthcare background such as nursing midwifery or related medical training preferred.
  
• Relevant educational credentials in child development preferred.
  
• Flexible availability including evenings weekends and overtime as required with the willingness and ability to travel with the family as needed.
  
• Demonstrated ability in teaching children; teaching experience preferred.
  
• Positive attitude patience and a sense of humor to engage with children effectively.
  
• Capable of remaining calm and composed under pressure maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for the child.
  
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English with a polished and professional demeanor when interacting with both children and adults.
