Head of Creative and Brand Marketing

• Brand strategy development & implementation:
  

○ Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies

○ Translate brand strategy into actionable plans and roll them out

○ Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning

• Creative direction & design oversight:
  

○ Oversee all visual and creative aspects of the brand, including product designs

○ Direct the design and tone of voice for all brand assets, ensuring consistency

○ Collaborate with sneaker designers to innovate and refine products

• Digital marketing & campaign management:
  

○ Manage online marketing strategies and campaigns in collab with growth

○ Develop and execute creative (viral) marketing campaigns

○ Analyze (digital) marketing metrics to improve engagement

• Community building & engagement:
  

○ Develop and implement strategies to build and engage the company’s

community both online and offline

○ Organize events and activities to foster community engagement

• Influencer (KOL) & PR coordination:
  

○ Identify, evaluate, and select the right influencers to represent and promote
