Document Controller

1. Manage and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
2. Organize and categorize documents according to project requirements and industry standards.
3. Ensure that all project documents are properly indexed, stored, and archived.
4. Implement and maintain document control procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency in document management processes.
5. Coordinate with project team members to gather and distribute project documents as needed.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in a similar role.
2. Proficiency in document control software and systems.
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
