Accountant

Our client a wellestablished Real Estate company with a large investment portfolio is looking to add to their business the position of Accountant.

A successful applicant for this position should have prior experience with monthend closure and sales/accounts receivable functions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare tax invoices and send SOAs on a biweekly basis
  

• Verify allocate post and reconcile payment and receivable accounts
  

• Assist agents with emails or inquiries regarding invoices cutoffs and payment schedules
  

• Support with the monthend and yearend closure processes
  

• Secure financial information by completing database backups
  

• Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
  

Requirements

• A minimum of two years experience in a similar role preferably within the real estate industry

• Must be ACCA CPA or CMA qualified

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel: vlookup hlookup filters pivot tables sort functions conditional formatting etc.)

• Knowledgeable in the Salesforce and Xero accounting systems is preferred

• Experience in using Notion is advantageous

• Excellent communication and typing skills

• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
