Junior Accountant - Own Visa

Job Summary: We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will assist in managing the company s financial records ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate financial records by entering verifying and reconciling transactions in the accounting system.
  
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions including vendor invoices customer payments and expense reports.
  
• Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between the company s financial records and bank statements.
  
• General Ledger Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by posting journal entries ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  
• Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
  
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
  
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and track company expenses ensuring all expenditures are accurately recorded and categorized.
  
• Data Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis and provide insights to support decisionmaking processes.
  
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other accountingrelated tasks and projects as assigned by the Senior Accountant or Finance Manager.
  

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
  
• Experience: 12 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks SAP or similar).
    
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel.
    
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
    
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
    
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
