Qualifications
Completed teacher training with successfully passed the 1st and 2nd state examinations
Willingness to work in a team to ensure cooperative and effective school operations
High sense of responsibility and professionalism in dealing with students, colleagues and parents in order to create a safe learning environment and fulfill the school's educational mission.
Willingness to get involved in new things and to accept existing structures in order to integrate innovative teaching methods and to actively help shape the school.
Intercultural sensitivity to respect the diversity of the student body, promote intercultural skills and create an inclusive learning environment in which all students feel comfortable and can learn successfully.
