Lead, coordinate, and execute routine planning and performance management tasks at the Admin Area level, including weekly highlights, monthly reporting, quarterly business reviews, accountability reporting, KPI reporting, and business plan development.
Assume the role of risk coordinator for the Admin Area.
Represent the Admin Area on cross-functional initiatives related to planning and performance management.
Develop and maintain a working knowledge of the major deliverables of the Admin Area through hands-on involvement in these activities.
Provide oversight on the Admin Area's administrative costs.
