Job Description:
Troubleshooting and repairing and maintaining buildings for MEP works(HVAC, Electrical and Plumping works).
To supervise staff; perform maintenance and operations of HVAC.
Maintain good relation with clients, Addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met for continuous improvement .
Prepare daily reports and log maintenance activities .
A working knowledge on commercial, residential building maintenance and FM background experience is advantage .
