Job Description
- Offers expert and unbiased guidance to senior management to facilitate decision-making regarding M&A valuations on specific transactions.
- Assists in the development and execution of M&A transactions through comprehensive financial analysis, including constructing and utilizing intricate financial models, conducting risk and uncertainty assessments, and generating financial statements.
- Sources and oversees valuation inputs from various internal and external sources, providing advice on identified gaps, deficiencies, and risks.
- Provides guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members in specialized areas.
- Contributes to ongoing enhancements of processes and methodologies to establish a center of excellence for valuation within the company.
- Undertakes ad hoc financial analysis tasks, such as transfer pricing assessments, impairment reviews, Shareek incentives evaluations, and group policy reviews.
- Oversees external Financial Advisors and consultants for valuation activities on transactions, cultivating relationships with banks to offer external insights on the M&A landscape to the company.
