Job Description

As a Firmware Engineer, you will write and maintain code for embedded systems, focusing on microcontroller-based products, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate firmware components. This role involves knowledge transfer, working closely with a retiring engineer to learn about existing firmware designs, best practices, and domain-specific knowledge. You will also understand hardware requirements and collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware with hardware components.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  

Experience:

• Entry-level position; prior internship or coursework experience in firmware development is desirable.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as C/C++.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and microcontrollers.
• Exposure to Xilinx FPGAs and VHDL.
• Coursework: Completion of Analog and Digital Design courses during your academic journey.
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work effectively within a team and learn from experienced engineers
