Value Realisation Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project benefits, outcomes, and value drivers.Develop value realization plans that outline the activities, milestones, and metrics to track and measure the achievement of expected benefits.Project Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyse project performance against established goals, timelines, and budgets.Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with project stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and business units.Risk Management: Identify and manage project
