Job Description
- To ensure gymnasium is operated in accordance with the Health and Safety policy of the Madinat Jumeirah Resort
- To liaise with Fitness Professionals and line management on a daily basis
- To assist the Fitness Professionals in all aspects of the gym operation
- To assist guests and gym users on the gym equipment and have a using knowledge of all equipment and its correct usage
- To ensure all equipment is clean and operated in accordance with the operating instructions from the manufacturer
- To maintain a sufficient stock of fruits, towels, cold towels, headphone sponges and water bottles
- To carry out any other reasonable requests as deemed necessary by Management/ Supervisor
- To maintain, report and keep a record of all engineering requests through help line (), along with the Fitness Professionals
- To manage requests for water & fruits supplies for the gymnasium.
- Be familiar with The Quay Health club reception duties and assist when necessary.
- To maintain the cleanliness of fitness assessment room
- To conduct client induction, guidance and assistance during the absence of Fitness Professionals, as necessary.
