Job Description
Our client is one of the leading hospitality group in UAE currently hiring experienced Chef de Partie for a Mediterranean casual concept in Dubai.
What will you do
- Prepare cook and present highquality dishes within the specialty section
Assist with the management of health safety & food hygiene practices
Manage and train Commis Chefs
Monitoring portion and waste control
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu ingredients
What are we looking for
- Minimum 12 years experience in a highend/fine dining restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients and procedures
- Up to date with the latest trends in the F&B industry regionally and globally
- Great knowledge of HACCP
- Works well under pressure
