3. KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee daily operations of the camp, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to safety standards.
- Supervise and manage a team of camp staff,cleaners, and maintenance personnel.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of living and working conditions.
- Coordinate food service operations, ensuring timely and hygienic meal preparation and delivery.
- Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stock control to avoid shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular inspections and training sessions.
- Address and resolve any issues or complaints from camp residents promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage the camp’s budget, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource allocation.
