Architect Engineer

Key Responsibilities: · Develop and manage architectural designs and plans for various construction projects. · Ability to review consultant architectural structure drawings to identify design mistakes, overestimations, or underestimations. · Arrange online or on-site meetings with the client to explain or clarify the comments provided in the structure. · Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to determine project requirements and constraints. · Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports for projects. · Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met. · Monitor project progress, costs, and budgets, providing regular updates and reports to the project manager.
