Job Description
Work System:
Shift System: Work is on a 4-shift system for 8 hours per shift.
Working Days: 5 working days with 2 days off.
Flexible Hours: Work can be extended as needed, including during student holidays, but will not exceed specified times.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and support residents, ensuring a safe and supportive living environment.
Conduct and coordinate student development programs and activities.
Address and resolve resident concerns and issues in a timely manner.
Manage daily operations of the residential facilities.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance student welfare.
