Job Description
• Lead, manage and supervise the work of the Team (Physiotherapy, Speech Therapy and Occupation therapy).
• Promote the highest standards of clinical treatment.
• Lead Business development activities to increase patient strength
• Accomplishes human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
• Help in assessment, scoring medical condition of new patients in co-operate with doctor, medical record officer and coder.
• Score medical condition and services for new and established patients.
