Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Source, screen, and recruit top-tier candidates across various roles.
Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and recommend suitable hires.
Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs.
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
Ensure seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.
Handle exit processes, including exit interviews and documentation.
Benefits Administration and Payroll:
Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, etc.).
Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing.
