Job Description

  • Execute the best practices in process improvement such as LSS, Kaizen, 6s, and other quality tools to re-engineer processes to attain program objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and update the process improvement Toolkit to ensure consistency of its usage.
  • Identify and lead processes improvement projects that drives cost savings, increase productivity, improve quality, and increases customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze performance gaps in key process areas within the various functional elements under the Nawah management system to develop process improvement plan in order to improve the process efficiency.
  • Support in prioritizing and selection projects based on the agreed matrix And ensure effective utilization of statistical tools to support problem solving in variety of areas not limited to, resource utilization, labor and productivity, quality measures, customer satisfaction, and financial metrics
  • Deliver process improvements projects (LSS/Kaizen/6S) as per the specific project skeleton schedule and agreed project charter.
  • Validate and verify improvements solution effectiveness to the predetermined selected solution by the process owners.
  • Participate in gate reviews of projects and provide the necessary inputs. Develop a report out presentations on the progress of improvements not limited to tracking of improvement metrics to the main project stakeholders and CIP Management as per the agreed frequency.
  • Identify the need of training and the proper audience for the training.
  • Facilitate and deliver LSS training and run quality process simulations on the use of quality methodologies and tools to create problem solving mindset within staff.
  • Design annual post effectiveness of Continuous Improvement training program to evaluate the success of implementation.
  • Coach team members on usage of process improvement tools.
  • Maintain instructor/ SME qualification that is aligned with Training procedures.
  • Ensure training material and content are up to date based on post trainings surveys and reviews.
