Job Description
- Developing and maintaining the overall digital transformation strategy and roadmap for ENIC, ensuring alignment with the business goals and objectives.
- Leading the development and implementation of digital solutions that enable ENIC to achieve its business objectives and flourish.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across ENIC to understand business needs and develop technology solutions that support and enable ENIC's objectives.
- Evaluating emerging technologies and making recommendations for their adoption where appropriate, ensuring that they align with the overall digital transformation strategy.
- Ensuring that digital solutions support and enable the ENIC's objectives and contribute to its overall success.
- Representing the IT organization in discussions with external vendors, partners, and customers.
- Hiring, training, and mentoring members of the digital enterprise team.
- Leading the implementation of complex, cross-functional initiatives that require a deep understanding of ENIC's business needs and technical requirements.
