About Our Client: Our client is a toptier construction company in the UAE dedicated to excellence and innovation. They are looking for a Site Manager to ensure the smooth execution of their construction projects.
The Role: As a Site Manager you will oversee daily operations on construction sites ensuring projects are executed safely efficiently and to the highest standards.
What Youll Do:
- Manage daytoday site operations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues.
- Maintain accurate site records and reports.
What Were Looking For:
- A degree or diploma in Construction Management or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in site management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations.
