The Role: As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for managing construction activities from A to Z ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest standards.

What Youll Do:

• Plan and manage construction schedules and resources.
• Oversee onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Resolve any issues or delays promptly.

What Were Looking For:

• A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in construction management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
