Secondary Department Coordinator

Responsibilities: Curriculum Leadership: • Oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive secondary education curriculum. • Ensure the curriculum is engaging, innovative, and tailored to the diverse learning needs of our clients' students. • Foster a culture of intellectual curiosity and critical thinking among students through dynamic and engaging lessons. Department Leadership: • Lead, mentor, and support secondary teachers to achieve school objectives in teaching practices. • Coordinate departmental meetings and professional development initiatives. • Oversee the organisation and maintenance of classroom resources and materials. Assessment and Progress Monitoring: • Formulate and implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress.
