Job Description
Our client is seeking C++ Developers for the application development of their media division. This role is primarily asking you to work on C++ applications, libraries, drivers, and tools supporting our system(s) development. Additionally, this role works cross-functionally with global application and library development teams, and product design teams to create truly compelling products.
Essential Functions:
- Coordinate specifications and implementation with product management and third parties
- Experience with application programming
Requirements
- Minimum 2 - 5+ years experience of coding with C++
- Bilingual language proficiency (FR/EN) - not required
- Experience developing on Visual Studio
- Windows & Linux savvy
- Experience with relevant network protocols (RTP, TCP/IP, or the like)
- Experience with writing multi-threaded applications
- Experience with Unified Modeling techniques & practices
- Experience with git version control Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Agile/Scrum/XP experience
- A degree-level qualification in Computer Sciences
- Experience with some GPU vendor profiling and debugging tools
5+ years of experience, preferably in the FinTech space. But, that's not required. A humble and spy get-it-done mindset; you re resourceful and in your element going from 0 to 1 Excellent problem solving skills - can troubleshoot complex systems Deep Proficiency with Golang and some experience with python. Experience working with Linux systems, client/server protocols, distributed and event-driven systems, data storage systems, data pipelines, and containers in a clean environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills
