Architect

Responsibilities: Lead the design process from conceptualization and schematic design to design development and construction documentation. Create and develop architectural designs and drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to ensure design intent and project goals are achieved. Conduct site visits, surveys, and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
