- Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in progressive and more complex roles in a human capital function, out of which 6 years of experience are in a managerial / supervisory role (as applicable).
- Preferably, experience in a large-scale organisation with complex business operations or experience working in the assigned industry.
- Additional relevant experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Mubadala Investment Company’s HC frameworks, methodologies, policies, processes and tools.
- Strong knowledge of change management, and ability to facilitate the implementation of change by successfully engaging with senior level stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of the end-to-end human capital value chain.
- Strong knowledge of Mubadala Investment Company’s operations and sectors, and ability to lead the delivery of tailored solutions in line with specific business requirements.
- Ability to identify, build and nurture strategic relationships that support Mubadala Investment Company in achieving its objectives.
- Good knowledge of influencing and communication techniques, and ability to report and influence at senior level.
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach with the credibility to coach and influence.
- Ability to deliver and facilitate workshops with groups of employees
