Strategy and Performance Specialist

• Prepare/draft corporate strategy level, including cascading to sector and departmental in terms of objectives and KPIs
• Plan and ensure strategy execution with sectors and departments, including initiatives, projects, etc.
• Identify and manage strategic and operational KPIs including targets, frequent reporting, benchmarks, etc.
• Report on strategy achievements on a periodic basis
  

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy and performance, preferably in the government sector
• Strategy management certification ( e.g. Balanced scorecard)
• Skills in data analytical tools such as PowerBI, Visio or Microsoft Excel
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills (Arabic/English)
• Experience in strategy and performance tools
