Job Title: Project Manager Education Sector (Dubai)

We are shaping the future of education. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and driving the successful execution of innovative education initiatives contributing to our mission of transforming learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans aligned with organizational goals and educational impact objectives. Manage complex projects from initiation to completion ensuring efficient delivery and exceeding expectations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including educators policymakers and technology partners. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Financial Stewardship: Oversee project budgets monitor expenses and implement costsaving strategies to optimize resource allocation. Ensure financial goals are met while maximizing impact within the specified parameters.
- Innovation Champion: Drive creativity and innovation proposing and implementing fresh ideas and solutions to enhance learning outcomes and project efficiency. Proactively identify and leverage emerging technologies in the education landscape.
- Risk Mitigation: Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact and ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous quality control measures to guarantee deliverables meet the highest standards and align with educational best practices.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams fostering a collaborative and resultsoriented work environment. Delegate effectively provide mentorship and cultivate a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Extensive experience in the Education sector ideally with a focus on innovative initiatives and technology integration.
- Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is essential.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively solve problems and implement innovative solutions.
- A passion for education and a commitment to transforming learning experiences.
