We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Quality Manager with a background in construction to join our team at Talent Bridge HR Consultancy Dubai. As a Quality Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for construction projects

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards

Monitor construction progress and identify any potential quality issues

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address and resolve quality issues

Train and educate project teams on quality standards and procedures

Develop and maintain quality documentation and records

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent quality issues from recurring

Keep uptodate with industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant standards

Communicate with clients and contractors to address any quality concerns or issues

Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and regulations

Experience with quality control processes and procedures

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality

Proven track record of implementing and driving quality improvement initiatives.
