Responsibilities:

• Project Management:
  • Lead residential/commercial interior design projects from initial concept to completion on time and within budget.
  • Conduct client consultations understand their needs and preferences and translate them into a cohesive design plan.
  • Develop detailed drawings 3D renderings and mood boards to accurately showcase your design vision.
  • Manage project timelines budgets and procurement of materials and furniture.
  • Oversee project execution collaborating with contractors vendors and other stakeholders to ensure quality and adherence to plans.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections ensuring smooth project progress and adherence to safety regulations.
• Design Expertise:
  • Possess a strong understanding of design principles space planning color theory and material selection.
  • Stay uptodate on current trends and innovations in the interior design industry.
  • Source highquality sustainable materials and furniture that align with project design and budget.
  • Create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that optimize functionality and flow.
• Communication & Collaboration:
  • Effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to clients colleagues and contractors.
  • Actively listen to client feedback and incorporate it into your designs.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Present design proposals and updates in a clear concise and engaging manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential/commercial interior design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects and problemsolving skills.
• Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD SketchUp and design presentation tools.
• Excellent communication interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Detailoriented and meticulous with a strong work ethic.
• Passion for interior design and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
