About Us:

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard (SIRA) to join our team at a wellrespected private Islamic school in Dubai. This is a fulltime position offering a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a safe and secure learning environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of students staff visitors and school property.

• Monitor and control access to the school building and grounds enforcing security protocols.

• Conduct regular patrols of the school premises both inside and outside to identify and address any potential security threats.

• Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents emergencies and accidents.

• Maintain a visible and reassuring presence to deter crime and maintain a sense of order.

• Operate security equipment like CCTV cameras access control systems and alarm systems.

• Prepare and maintain detailed security logs and reports.

• Assist with visitor registration and management.

• Enforce school rules and regulations regarding student conduct and access to restricted areas.

• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and understanding of Islamic values in interactions with students staff and parents.

• Build positive relationships with the school community and contribute to a welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a security guard in Dubai UAE preferably in an educational setting.

• Must have SIRA license.

• Understanding of security procedures and best practices.

• Proficiency in basic first aid and CPR is a plus.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong observational skills and the ability to identify and respond to potential security threats.

• Excellent physical fitness and stamina for performing security patrols throughout the day.

• A clean criminal record and valid UAE security guard license are mandatory.

• Fluency in Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Familiarity with Islamic principles and practices is a plus.
