ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

We are the New England and Mid-Atlantic regions leading service provider of comprehensive petroleum, sales, maintenance, inspection, testing and construction management services to major oil suppliers, independent retailers, contractors and other public sector facilities. We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to work at our headquarters in Manchester, NH. We are vastly growing and we need your help!

Responsibilities and Duties

Accurately process approved supplier invoices into Sage 300

Perform 3-way match for PO, receipt, and invoice

Research and reconcile invoice discrepancies, while effectively communicating with vendors and other staff members

Perform vendor statement reconciliations

Ability to manage competing deadlines and function well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Support the day to day accounts payable operations with light clerical duties

Hours: M-F (8:30am- 5:00pm)

Requirements

High School diploma

Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Must be detailed oriented and have good communication skills
