Job Description
- Develop and document business requirements for Life & Medical requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Documenting the requirements and participating in creation of quality discovery, analysis (incl. high-level system feasibility), design and documentation.
- Liaise with business partners to analyse complex problems, and understand business goals and objectives
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of Medical & Life project initiatives.
- Working with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
- Preparing Testcases for the basis the business requirements and ensuring no scope creeks in the project.
- Develop communication plans, training materials, and workshops to educate stakeholders and promote buy-in for proposed changes.
