Project Manager - Trade Finance Supply Chain Finance

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery for Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance initiatives
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum processes including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Identify, assess, and manage risks to ensure successful project outcomes
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Agile best practices and methodologies
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk logs
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in Trade Finance and Supply Chain Finance projects
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Certification in PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is a plus
