Job Title: Health Caf Sales Ambassador (Indoors and Outdoors)

About Us: Beans & Berries is a vibrant and innovative caf concept located inside a gym dedicated to promoting healthy eating and living. We specialize in crafting signature protein shakes specialty coffee sandwiches wraps salads and lowcalorie treats and snacks. Due to our location we lack visibility and need an energetic and honest Outdoor Sales Person to actively promote our products in office towers outdoors and to other gyms.
Job Description:
Role Overview: As an Outdoor & Indoor Sales Person you will play a crucial role in promoting our healthy caf menu to the community and local businesses. Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers outdoors introducing them to our offerings and building relationships with companies to offer them exclusive discounts. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive attitude excellent communication skills and a passion for healthy living.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively promote and introduce our healthy caf menu to individuals and groups in various outdoor locations.
- Engage with potential customers providing them with detailed information about our menu items ingredients and health benefits.
- Distribute promotional materials samples and discount vouchers to attract new customers.
- Identify and contact local companies over the phone to offer special discounts and corporate deals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with businesses encouraging them to incorporate our caf into their employee wellness programs.
- Track and report on sales activities customer feedback and promotional campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the caf team to ensure consistent messaging and promotional strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales promotions or a customerfacing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for healthy living and an understanding of nutrition is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Selfmotivated with a positive attitude and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
- Flexibility to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: 2500 AED Commissions
- Company VISA
- Medical Insurance
- Permanent Contract
Career Progression: Successful individuals will receive free training to progress as a Barista Cashier and/or Salad & Sandwich maker.
