Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Support: Provide comprehensive support to the Sales team, including following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and assisting with proposal development.
Executive Support: Manage the manager's calendar, schedule meetings, and attend meetings to take accurate notes.
Project Management: Assist with proposal preparation, ensuring all necessary information is included and presented professionally.
Client Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries and providing support.
Reporting & Organization: Prepare weekly reports for management meetings and generate daily reports for the Director.
