Job Description
- Ensure budgeted Sales & Revenue figures are achieved, by utilizing effective strategies to maximize
- Profits and minimize risk by covering the positions of major currencies with local market (only with approved Exchange Houses, Banks and Customers) and ARIE Dealing Room under guidance of Dealer-BND.
- Dealing with all local MSB's and Banks for their foreign currency requirements.
- Handling all ARIE branches for their currency related queries.
- Monitoring and supporting branches for increasing the FC income.
- Evaluating and giving guidance to the staffs for achieving the targets.
- Planning and implementing the seasonal foreign currency business for the company.
- Track Foreign Currency margins on Sale and Purchase of currencies.
- Monitor the cash (foreign currency and AED) levels at branches on daily basis and interact with them
- To optimize funds positions within overall guidelines of Finance and Dealing Room.
- Support branches and BND Unit to balance the supply and demand of the currencies to avoid excessive stocks.
- Ensure all policy and procedures related to cash handling laid out in SOP are strictly followed and adhered to.
- Ensure error free cash handling with no cash short/excess.
- Ensure liaising up with dealing room and concerned departments usage of FX market options.
