Job Description

  • Develop strategy to build awareness of Aldar’s key developments and destinations in local and international markets through a series of campaigns, partnerships, and media / influencers activities
  • Lead on development and execution of communications plans that focus on the ‘living’ component of:
  • Key destinations in Abu Dhabi
  • New development launches in UAE
  • Strategically important development launches in Egypt and UK
  • Create new opportunities to tell the Abu Dhabi / Aldar residential story, including coordination with Abu Dhabi entities and partners to ensure that a consistent story is told about the emirate.
  • Develop a curated FAM trip programme and other activities for international media and influencers to showcase the living aspect of Abu Dhabi intertwining Aldar’s developments.
  • Work closely with Aldar’s sponsorship team to activate local and international opportunities with media and influencers based on the partnerships we currently hold.
  • Lead on the development of new communication plans to support Aldar Development initiatives and projects, as and where required.
  • Work with local and international agencies to implement and manage communication plans around Aldar’s latest development launches and key residential stories of note.
  • The candidate will also be responsible for Aldar Development communication needs related to construction, logistics, and sustainability as well as core corporate communications initiatives such as crisis and other projects.

Qualification And Experience

RELATED YEAR OF EXPERIENCE:

Min of 10+ years of relevant experience in Communications within a large multi-cultural company.

YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION:

Min of 2+ years of managerial experience in a related field
