Extending effective and efficient support to Aldar Sales arms (Abu Dhabi, Dubai and international, Land and Business Development) on pricing, performance reports, promotional campaigns and inventory management.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and communicating the sales strategy in conjunction with the line manager
Assist in the implementation of sales strategy and pricing to ensure proper preparation of units before launches
Project Manage overall launch along with key stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Monitoring and review the implementing of Sales strategy
monitoring of financials and budgets, raise concerns and red flags to line managers
Ensure accurate and periodic reporting and stats of sales on monthly basis, analyze data to identify performance trends
Ensure proper execution of sales approvals and memos
Review and update the status of inventory to the sales teams
Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, forecast financial returns
Conduct preliminary benchmarking on competitors within the local market on products and pricing which can support extending a USP for the sales teams
Extend overall tactical and operational support to all Sales arms to ensure smooth execution of sales.
