- Promote Abu Dhabi, Aldar and Aldar Projects to Abu Dhabi Brokers
- Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects, unique selling points project specific details to gain buy-in while building a strong relationship
- Explore potential brokers, connect and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between both parties
- Grow and expand the local brokers database (AD) and maintain a healthy relationship
- Continuously managing brokers and agents inquires, raise red flags to line manager
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges and lessons learned
- Assist in the conducting awareness / training sessions for the sales staff on the international sales markets, challenges and opportunities
- Identify potential international markets for penetration to Vice President – Broker Management and Sales Support
- Assist in managing the process of launching brokers sales events / roadshows and exhibitions in Abu Dhabi
- Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market, recommend solutions and promotions to line manager
- Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function main metrics
