Associate - Broker Management

• Promote Abu Dhabi, Aldar and Aldar Projects to Abu Dhabi Brokers
• Coordinate and assist in conducting training sessions for external brokers on Aldar projects, unique selling points project specific details to gain buy-in while building a strong relationship
• Explore potential brokers, connect and sign agreements to ensure a continuous working relationship between both parties
• Grow and expand the local brokers database (AD) and maintain a healthy relationship
• Continuously managing brokers and agents inquires, raise red flags to line manager
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure alignment on marketing and sales campaigns, products, rates, challenges and lessons learned
• Assist in the conducting awareness / training sessions for the sales staff on the international sales markets, challenges and opportunities
• Identify potential international markets for penetration to Vice President – Broker Management and Sales Support
• Assist in managing the process of launching brokers sales events / roadshows and exhibitions in Abu Dhabi
• Assess the challenges and penetration barriers for each potential market, recommend solutions and promotions to line manager
• Provide periodic reporting on the brokerage function main metrics
