- Conduct negotiations with clients, addressing concerns, objections, and contract terms. Close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and regulatory developments related to the energy services sector. Analyze market data and provide insights to the management team to support business strategies and solution development.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid!
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field. An Engineering Degree with relevant certifications or training in sales and business development are a plus.
- 7 – 10 years’ experience in sales, preferably combined with technical know-how.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the energy services/ESCO industry or a related field. Knowledge of Energy Performance Contracting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of the energy sector, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to effectively communicate sales strategies, progress, and results through well-written reports and compelling presentations. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets.
